in an exclusive planned community known as Summerlin. The three bedroom, three bath home, has
a downstairs master bedroom and adjoining master bath. The home is ideal for a focused, productive
business trip, a fabulous Las Vegas vacation, or a cost effective relocation alternative. The Red
Rock, SunCoast, and Rampart Casinos are a few minutes drive. For golfers, the TPC, Angel Park and
Badland Golf Courses are less than a 5 minute commute. Area churches and parks are within walking
distance. The Boca Park Shopping Center, only minutes away, has numerous specialty shops and

The home has 16 foot cathedral ceilings, ceramic tile flooring andplantation shutters, lending to a
spacious atmosphere. Other features of our home include a large Romansoaking tub in the master
bathroom. Each bedroom features Sealy Posturepedic PillowTopmattresses, 100% cotton sheets and down
pillows. Guests will find luxurious plush towels, hair dryers andmakeup mirror in each bathroom as
well as AM/FM clock radios in each bedroom. The home has a separatelaundry room with washer, dryer,
iron and ironing board. We have also provided a video library,children’s videos, books and games
for our guest.
Our private back yard is very secluded with rose bushes, palm trees and grass area. You will enjoy
a six person therapeutic hot tub and gas grill for outdoor cooking. There are two patio dining
tables with umbrellas, chase lounge, extra bench seating and fire pit.

Desert Rose Vacation Home is within walking distance of a beautiful Summerlin Park with walking,
jogging and biking trails. The park has picnic areas, childrens play ground and basketball courts.
Fabulous Las Vegas. The worlds number one tourist destination.
