Vacation Rental Description
Imagine waking up to beautiful Lake Norman and your own private
covered dock less than 100 yards off the back deck. This all brick
home is situated on a quiet street with a vacant lot next door and a
shoreline you will fall in love with.
Enjoy over 2500 sq ft of space inside with 2 bedrooms/2 bath
upstairs and 1 bedroom/1 bath and a den with sleeping accomodations
that can be used as a 4th bedroom downstairs. Upstairs,the master has
a queen bed while the second bedroom sleeps 4 with 2 full beds. The
living room has a sleeper sectional, hard wood floors and a big
screen T.V. The dining room, overlooking the
lake, seats up to 12 easily and the ceramic tiled kitchen has all
the amenities you will need. Downstairs you will find 2
full size bunk beds, and a huge sleeper sectional sofa in our den/family room.
Outside is simply heaven on earth! Deck is oversized and
overlooking the lake. Level yard for playing around. Dock your
boat under the covered pier or rent ours. You will find a gas
grill, furnished deck, and sandy bottom shoreline great for
swimming or just sitting on the bank. There is plenty of parking
with a covered carport.
