This beautiful villa is on the 5th hole of the Lakes Course in Palm
Aire Country Club overlooking the fairway. Since this is a villa,
there are no stairs to climb and there is noone above you or below
you. Large open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. Each room has a ceiling fan. Kitchen, dining room and living room all have neutral tile. Both bedrooms have carpeting. Large spacious eat in kitchen with doorwall to front courtyard. The masterbedroom has a king size bed, the front
bedroom has a full size bed, and the living room has pull-
out queen size sleeper sofa. This unit has a full laundry room and a garage. The garage is large enough for a car, golf cart and plenty of storage. The beautiful assocation pool which borders the golf course is heated and is only
250 yards from the front door. The pool area has a clubhouse, party
room and shuffle board. There is no smoking allowed in this unit.
This unit is very clean and is in a great location.
