Center of complex has marina, pool, putting green,
shuffleboard, and community center for events, book/movie rentals and office.

   The Association provides private beach access, marina, heated pool
(shared). Very active (though quiet) community.  Activities include fish fries, bowling, putting green,bridge, shuffleboard, & kayak club.
   Several nearby nature walks & gardens, plus world famous Mote
Marine Aquarium & Pelican Man Bird Sanctuary. Birdwatching,
shelling, biking, jogging, manatee & dolphin sighting, parasailing,
boating.
   Ten minutes to St.Armand's Key--great shopping & restaurants. Half
