of Miami, and approximately seven miles from Miami International Airport. This location is also a 
mile from American Airlines Arena and the Bayside Marketplace, two miles from the financial 
district, four miles from South Beach, and 12 miles from the Fairchild Tropical Gardens. Condo 
amenities include the 10th-floor, bay-view swimming pool, as well as four spa tubs, a fitness 
center, and a shopping promenade in the Art Deco-style lobby with a beauty salon, liquor store, 
clothing stores, bank, grocery store, dry cleaner, and restaurants. Friday and Saturday nights, 
guests can enjoy live music and drinks at the Blue Moon Restaurant and Bar, overlooking the bay and
