magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located in one of the most 
desirable apartment complexes in the St. Augustine area, the 
complex is just a short walk from the Matanzas Inlet, yet minutes 
away from historic St. Augustine and all area attractions. A very 
quiet and serene complex.

The townhouse is fully furnished, totally redecorated 
with brand new furniture and appliances. Watch beautiful sunrises. 
Enjoy the great beach for walks on the fine powder sand or use the 
included bicycle for a pleasurable bike ride.

New furniture, new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave, 
washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD player, coffee maker, private balcony 
overlooking the ocean, ceiling fans throughout, bed linens, towels,

09/01/08 - 12/31/08 = $725.00 - $1200.00 per week.
Deposit required within three days of agreement to rent.
