Vacation Rental Description

Gulf-front condo with awesome views from your 5th floor balcony!  
Watch the beach and sunsets from the large 23 foot balcony with  
sliding windows from the living room and master bedroom. Spacious  
two bedroom/two bath plus den/sitting room with twin-size day bed. Master  
bedroom has king-size bed with TV/DVD and second bedroom has a  
twin bed and new queen bed with TV/DVD. Den/sitting room has a twin-size day bed, TV/DVD,night stand  
and chest of drawers. 
 
Dining room has nice size table and chairs. Kitchen is fully equiped  
with lots of cabinets, counter space, all appliances, cookware and  
utensils. There is a stack washer/dryer in the condo unit for your  
use and coin-operated full-size washers/dryers in the building. 
 
Beautiful beach-front heated pool and jacuzzi with white sandy  
beach . . Go for a stroll or relax in your beach chair! There's even  
a sauna and ping-pong table in the building's recreation room. 
 
View sunrises over the Intercoastal Waterway from the den/sitting  
room and walk to restaurants and shopping nearby. You are halfway  
between Clearwater and St Pete Beach . . hop on the trolly bus which  
will take you up and down the beach from Clearwater to St Pete Beach 
(Gulf Blvd) . . Be sure to stop at John's Pass for shopping, wave  
runner and boat rentals, restaurants and more!
