Beautiful Three Bedroom Corner Unit Condo in New Smyrna Beach

This beautiful three bedroom corner unit offers gorgeous views from almost every room! We feel its one of the nicest oceanfront condo rentals on the beach because we pride ourselves in taking such wonderful care of it. Start your day by enjoying coffee in the morning on our wrap around porch and watch a breathtaking sunrise over the ocean.

Our condo has a brand new, beautifully renovated oversized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom white maple cabinetry, frosted sea glass backsplash, and black granite countertops. It is completely equipped and ready for you to cook in style.

In the living room, you’ll find Robb & Stucky leather furniture… a couch and two oversized chairs, as well as a leather recliner. There is a Sony flat screened 32” TV, a DVD player.  The dining room has a table to accommodate 4-6 for dinner along with 4 barstools at the bar for extra seating.

The master bedroom has brand new furniture… a king sized pillow top mattress, large dresser and mirror, a Bachelor’s chest, and two night stands. The room has a large walk in closet and its own private bath.  The two guest rooms have been lovingly redecorated. They each have two twin beds and new furniture, as well.

Our family owned condo is located on the non-driving part of New Smyrna Beach. That allows for peace of mind as you enjoy walking, jogging, riding your bike, searching for seashells, building sandcastles, playing a game of volleyball, bocce ball, or simply tossing the football around. Better yet, just relax and enjoy the sand and surf.

You'll find that New Smyrna Beach is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful family vacation or spend the winter months away from freezing temperatures. It is well known for its casual, friendly atmosphere. All of the comforts of home are waiting for you in our beautiful condo by the sea!

Our complex offers a large pool, with a smaller “kiddie pool”, too. It’s great for parents with
kids, both young and old. There are plenty of lounge chairs by the pool, as well as some tables with
umbrellas. There are new grills outside of the pool area, perfect for an outdoor barbeque.

Inside our unit, you’ll find a new full-sized, front loading, stackable washer and dryer set for your personal convenience.  In addition, there are three TVs, two DVD players and a Bose 5-disc CD player. We also offer free long distance phone service and WiFi during your stay.

May – Labor Day $1,400.00/wk. *July 4th - $1,600.00/wk.

A $250.00 security deposit is required on all weekly rentals to hold the date, but will be returned to you within 14 business days of check-out provided inspection of the unit is satisfactory. (For rentals of two or more months, the security deposit is 10% of the rental costs.)

In addition to the security deposit, a "base rent" deposit in the amount of 25% of the rent, will be collected on rentals scheduled more than 60 days prior to check-in.  There is a 60 day cancellation notice, or the security deposit is forfeited... however your 25% base rent deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to reserved check-in date.

In addition to the above rates, there is a 12.5% city tax and an $85.00 cleaning fee.  Rates are subject to change without notice.
