This home is fully furnished, including all housewares, complete appliance package, High speed interenet connection, Golfcart and daily newspaper during your stay. Queen size bed is featured in the Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom, Master bedroom has color tv w/cable, private bath and a very spacious walk-in closet. Livingroom features entertainment center with color TV, cable/DVD player, small stereo unit and CD player. Sofa pulls out to Queen size Bed for additional guest if need be.  Dininingroom has seating for four. Private patio and enclosed lanai is furnished with loveseat grouping for four.

Gated Adult Community offers the most desirable location, with just
a short walk to nightly entertainment at Sumter Landing Town Center, with lots
shopping,dining and movie theatre. This community offers golf, swimming, polo games, soft ball, tennis, shuffleboard, pickle ball. This is a golf cart community and all ammenities are accessable by golf cart. We do not allow pets. We do not accept weekly rentals.

Easy access and a short drive from Orlando or Tampa Airport. Shuttle
service is available from the Orlando Airport to the Villages. Enterprise Rental car service is located in the Villages. Close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Sea World and other fabulous attractions.
