Vacation Rental Description

Remodeled and WONDERFUL!  Was a 3 bedroom, now it HAS 2 bedroom + 
large family room, THREE ( 3)  baths, a 2 car enclosed garage with 
direct access and garage door opener.  Full sized washer/dryer in 
the garage.  The KITCHEN IS AMAZING!  Slab Granite & Stainless Steel 
appliances!  It’s fully equipped with all appliances, (Blender is 
here for your cocktails), dishes, glasses, stemware include service 
for 8.  Dine indoors at the Breakfast bar or dining table.  
     Bedrooms include a Cal-King bed in master, queen in 2nd 
bedroom.  There’s an inflatable Queen and you can sleep on the 
couches in the family room and the living room.  2 TV's w/DVD & 
VCR’s, cable TV.  Linens include bath towels, pool towels, bedding, 
and throws in most rooms.  You’ll find board games for evenings at 
home, books for a day of doing nothing and a popcorn bowl!
     Enjoy Outdoor dining on the large patio that faces west for the 
incredible sunsets.  There’s even an opening to view the majestic 
stars at Night!  Chaise lounge, roll-up shades are there too if you 
don’t want the sunshine!
     Newer TRANE a/c-heat pump with air filter for anyone with 
allergies.  
     Look in the garage for pool toys, and rafts.

This unit is Ideal for 2 couples or a family.  Just bring your 
clothes and a toothbrush and clothes.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gated community of 146 duplex units on 40+ acres. Lots of green 
belts, 8 pools (1 is off the back patio), spa, 3 tennis courts.  
It's almost a mile walk around the complex so you can stay in great 
shape!  Arise to sunshine and blue skies! It only gets better!

2008 Calendar of Activities includes: 02/15-24 Famous & Fun Date Festival.  You must go to the pig races & 
don't miss the ostrich's!  03/01-31 is the Masters Series in Indian Wells, March 20-03/01 Nabisco Women's Golf, 
WALK to Pacific Lif Open 03/12-23.

 RELAX... sit on the patio and feed the roadrunners & quail, soak up 
the sun, read a great book or pretend to while you nap.  

PLAY GOLF...I can help you get great rates at local courses.  
There's so many here in the desert to enjoy and you don't have to 
pay those high prices!

SHOP...We've go lots of great shopping within 3 miles!  There's a 24 
hour Super Wal-Mart that has food market, Target, Stein mart, Office 
Depot, Sam's Club, Costco, Stater Brothers, Von's, Ross, Bed Bath n 
Beyond, Marshalls, Best Buy, Discount Show Warehouse, Home Depot, 
Lowes and many more!  The Desert Town Center (about 6 miles away) 
has a ton of stores!  The RIVER is nearby, And..the world famous EL PASEO  is great for high end shops. It’s a 
short drive to the Cabazon Outlet Mall shops with over 200 excellent 
shops!

SWIM & PLAY TENNIS without leaving the property.

FINE DINING...Steak at LG's or the Falls is great, views from The 
Cliff House are amazing, Beer Hunter for great burgers and sports 
bar, really fresh food at the Beachside Café, don’t miss Happy Hour 
@ Los Casuelos!  And...lots of fast food places...even an In & Out 
in Indio. 

OTHER ACTIVITIES: Polo, Concerts, Exploring the Desert, we have 
about 10 Museums to visit in the Coachella Valley, go horseback 
riding, and did I mention Relax, Play Golf! and Shop!
