water. It's secluded and surrounded by woods in a quiet cove.
Floating dock and neighborhood boat ramp will make your vacation so
enjoyable for boating/skiing, personal watercraft and swimming.
Vacation Rental Amenities
3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, full bath off each bedroom, Sleeps 10
comfortably, 2 large decks overlook lake front, 15' x 15' floating
dock, neighborhood boat ramp, table & chairs, phone, A/C and heat,
Satellite TV, Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, washer/dryer, 2
decks-1 shaded, no pets allowed and no smoking, bed linens and bath
towels provided, deck off all bedrooms, utensils provided, ping-pong
table.
Activities and Attractions
Boating, skiing, swimming, shopping, golf, Lincoln Memorial, 90
minutes from Gatlinburg, great fishing, nature walks, or just
sitting peacefully on the deck. Area marinas rent ski boats,
waverunners, tubes, etc.
Vacation Rental Rates
Rates for 2008 are subject to change. Length of stay may be
negotiable subject to availability.
IN-SEASON (Mem. Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend)
May 23rd, 2008 - Sept. 1st, 2008
Weekly Rental is $1,250 (includes cleaning)
(ask about previous renter discounts)
OFF-SEASON (Before Mem. Day or After Labor Day)
Weekly Rental is $1,000, or $500 for 3 nights/4 days
Rental fee can be paid by Personal check, Cashier's check, Travelers
check, or Money Order. Renter is responsible for any damage to
property. Renter will be charged for entire time of confirmed
reservation. No refunds for late arrivals or early termination.
Phone and email reservations are accepted and will be confirmed upon
receipt of Security deposit $200) within ten (10) days.
