Check in on any available date on the calendar - see above right. You can check out on the first orange date because only the orange night is booked.  You'll be at home relaxing in our beach condo. This condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room with queen sofa sleeper, dining area and kitchen and laundry room. The condo is approximately 1250 square feet on the 9th floor of Tristan Towers,1200 Ft. Pickens Road, Pensacola Beach, Florida. This 9th floor prime location on the northwest corner provides great views from the wrap around balcony of the island, Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Floor to ceiling doors open from the living room and both bedrooms onto the balcony with plenty of privacy and panoramic views. The condo has wireless Internet and a computer for your use. Minimum age to rent: 25. This is a NO SMOKING unit. Condo regulations prohibit pets, skates, skateboards, and motorized scooters. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Whether you seek seclusion reading or resting on the balcony or by the Olympic size pool, or want typical beach activities, this is the place! Fish from our pier.
Pensacola Beach is a narrow barrier island, less than one-fourth mile wide where the condo is located. There is one main road on the island, a central business and activity area where you will find water sports, including boating, parasailing, jetski rentals, sailboat rentals, scuba diving, and fishing activities are available. The beach offers excellent dining, beverage service, and entertainment, and you can bicycle or drive to Ft. Pickens National Park on the eastern end of the beach after your morning shelling adventure. See where Geronimo was kept prisoner and sold buttons from his coat to tourists. You are within 500 steps from the condo to the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico (and 200 of the steps are from the front door of the condo across the parking lot to Ft. Pickens Road), or 50 steps to your own private beach on the waters of the Santa Rosa Sound, a 3 mile wide water bay on which the condo is located.
