High Season: November 1 April 30 $1,200.00 per night
50% at time of booking remainder 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 15% service
charge. Cancellations after 30 days prior to arrival I will try to
rent it for the booked period and if successful you will be refunded
minus 15% service charge.
