Why stay in a cramped hotel room for a week when your family can 
stretch out in luxury in a 3 bedroom townhouse with all the 
amenities of a resort? 

Venetian Bay Villages is a new upscale gated community, located in 
the heart of Florida's Vacation mecca and less than ten minutes away 
from Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal 
Kingdom, and many other popular attractions. The Village has a 
resort-style clubhouse that includes gym, Olympic pool and spa area. 
There are tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, picnic area, 
children's play area and game room, children's movie theater on-site 
with pool table, pinball machines and air hockey. Included is a 
business center with wireless highspeed internet, computers, and 
printers for guest use.

Our townhouse is brand new and tastefully furnished with light wood 
furnishings. The living room includes a sleeper sofa and cable 
TV/VCR. The master bedroom includes a king bed, bath/shower/Jacuzzi 
tub, and cable TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully fitted with 
microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, cookware, waste disposal, 
and all utensils. In the dining area you can enjoy dinner with your 
family on an elegant glass table, four comfortable chairs, and two 
high stools. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit.

There are two bedrooms on the second level, each with two twin beds, 
and a full bath. Also, our unit is within steps of a gated pool 
and playground.

** The Village is very conveniently located with easy access to the 
Orlando airport and Oceola Parkway which can bring visitors straight 
into Disney in less than 10 minutes.  Also nearby is a Super Walmart 
and Super Target; not to mention the hundreds of restaurants and 
shopping attractions on Route 192.

** Rentors should bring sufficient common household supplies for 
their stay.
