Vacation Rental Description

On The Water!  Breathtaking 180-degree views of the sparkling sea and 
the soaring mountains.  Kayak and swim in the warm waters of Kaneohe 
Bay which comes into our back yard.  Paddle out to Coconut Island 
where the TV show, Gilligan's Island was filmed.  If you prefer a 
pool, there are 2 free Olympic size pools just minutes away.  Also 
just minutes away is the country's #1 beach, the 3 mile long white 
sand Kailua Beach. 
 
Trade the hustle and noise of Waikiki for the lush tranquility of 
Kaneohe.  Awaken to the sound of doves cooing and the trade winds 
rustling through the coconut palms.  Enjoy the bright blue sea and the 
deep green of the towering mountains where Jurassic Park was filmed. 
 
The 1/3 acre of tropical garden has papayas, bananas, passion fruit 
and coconuts for your enjoyment.  At the end of the day, relax on your 
60 foot long lanai and watch the sunset behind the Ko'olau Mountains 
framing the sparkling sea.  Repeatedly heard when renters check-in is 
this comment:  "Your photos on the website don't do justice to the 
beauty here".

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two 2 person kayaks, beach mats, towels, toys, coolers, boogie boards, 
A/C in bedrooms without sliding doors that open on the water, all 
linens, all kitchen utensils, washer, dryer, iron, board, cable t.v., 
DVD and VCR players, wireless internet, CD players and radios, telephones.

Activities and Attractions

There is too much to see and do in even two weeks on Oahu.  To mention 
only a few:  kayaking, swimming, beach walks, boogie boarding, hiking, 
kite sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, whale 
watching, golf, horse back riding, sky diving, ecological tours, 
botanical gardens, shopping, night life.  There are also many 
cultural/historical sites and tours on Oahu.  Unique festivals 
highlighting the Pacific Rim cultures present on Oahu are frequently 
available.

Vacation Rental Rates

$175/night--$1200/week in low season 
$225/night--$1400/week in high season 
Low season--April 1-June 14,  September 1-December 14 
High season--January 1-March 31,  June 1-August 31, December 15-31 
Also included in the high season is Thanksgiving week and all boat 
races on Kaneohe Bay. 
Also due will be Hawaii taxes of 11.96%, $160 cleaning fee 
Refundable security deposit against major damage 
$30/night or $175/week for each person over 6 people 
$100 deduction for NOT using the air conditioners during the summer 
months only
