& coffee maker), dining area for 4 and private patio.
The unit is stocked with about everything you should need: sheets,
blankets, pillows, bath/wash towels, dishes, cookware and utensils
and a clock/radio.

Aruba is the “one happy island”, famous for its beaches, scuba
diving, snorkeling, and when it comes to water sports “you name it,
they got it”. They also have 10 casinos, lots of great places to eat
& drink and a huge downtown shopping area with reasonable prices.
Aruba is below the hurricane belt and the weather is about 82° every
day of the year with very little rainfall and nice breezes to keep
you cool. You will have a blast!!

May 2009-August 2009: $95/night, $600/week Special Summer Discounted Rates

Sept 2009-April 2010: $100/night, $650/week, $1,500/month (monthly rate includes utilities)

Christmas week 2009: $110/night, $700/week

Mid Term (6 weeks to under 6 months)-Please inquire for special rates depending on length of stay
Long Term (over 6 months) $700/month + utilities
NOTE: Deposit & Contract will be required to hold your reservation, 15% Aruba BBO tax will be added
to total rental price, Additional refundable security deposit will be required.
All rentals over 1 month & less than 6 months will include utilities
