Nice 3 yr. old condo in Villas del Mar, a 12-unit condominium only a
5 minute drive to the Eagle Beach or Palm Beach Resort Areas.  Our 
unit is on the 1st floor.  It features 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom, 
kingsize bed, cable tv, air conditioning, sleepsofa (sleeps 2), 
kitchenette (incl. refrigerator, sink, stove/oven, microwave, toaster 
& coffee maker), dining area for 4 and private patio.  

The unit is stocked with about everything you should need:  sheets, 
blankets, pillows, bath/wash towels, dishes, cookware and utensils 
and a clock/radio.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished, Kitchenette, king-size bed, A/C, cable TV, private 
patio.  Secure Condominium has outdoor pool, concierge and coin-op 
laundry room on-site.  Wireless Internet available for $5.00/week

Beach, Casino, Golf, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, horseback riding, 
boating, jeep and ATV tours, water sports, etc.

Aruba is the “one happy island”, famous for its beaches, scuba 
diving, snorkeling, and when it comes to water sports “you name it, 
they got it”.  They also have 10 casinos, lots of great places to eat 
& drink and a huge downtown shopping area with reasonable prices.    

Aruba is below the hurricane belt and the weather is about 82° every 
day of the year with very little rainfall and nice breezes to keep 
you cool.  You will have a blast!! 

Vacation Rental Rates

Short Term (under 6 weeks)

May 2008-Aug 2008:     $65/night , $400/week, $1200/month 
Sept 2007-April 2008:  $80/night,  $550/week, $1650/month
Sept 2008-April 2009:  $95/night,  $600/week, $1800/month
Christmas week 2008:   $100/night, $650/week

Mid Term (6 weeks to under 6 months)-Please inquire for special rates depending on length of stay

Long Term (over 6 months) $700/month + utilities

All rentals over 1 month will not include utilities 

All tenants will be required to pay a refundable security deposit upon arrival
