Vacation Rental Description

Villa Isabelle is a luxurious, beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 4 
ensuite bathroom, private villa, with view towards 
Barbados "platinum" West Coast. It is situated on the famous Royal 
Westmoreland Resort and is a 5 minute drive to the beach.

The villa offers a fenced private pool, 1/2 acre private garden, cook, maid 
and laundry service and access to all the facilities of the Royal 
Westmoreland Resort, including golf, tennis, spa, gym and fitness 
centre, pool complex and children's clubs at peak holiday times.

Beach facilities are also provided at Mullins Beach, just a 
five minute drive away, on Barbados famous west coast.

Royal Westmoreland is one of the finest golf resort communities to be 
found anywhere, set in 500 acres of the most breathtaking scenery in 
the whole of Barbados and the Caribbean.

Villa Isabelle's accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms, all ensuite 
and all with airconditioning and fans. The living room provides cable 
TV, telephone, fax, video and stereo system. The dining room seats up 
to 10 but if you prefer you can sit back and enjoy your meals on the 
large covered patio area breathing in the tropical air and scenery.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave 
fridge/freezer, double oven, hob and other small appliances. The 
laundry has a washer and dryer, but this should not be of concern as 
your meals and laundry can be taken care of by the cook and full time housekeeper. If 
you require the services of a baby sitter this can also be 
arranged.

So come and enjoy what Barbados, Royal Westmoreland and Villa 
Isabelle have to offer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Villa Isabelle has a large private pool which is fenced with a 
lockable gate making it ideal for families with young children. For 
those with young children, cribs and high chairs can be provided at 
no extra cost. Villa Isabelle is set in a half acres private garden 
and unusually for a villa on a golf resort is not on a fairway and is 
not at all overlooked.

The living space is luxuriously furnished and dining area seats 10, 
but you will hardly use it as you enjoy the outdoor living and dining 
area that the patio offers, breathing in the tropical air.

All the bedrooms at Villa Isabelle are airconditioned, with ceiling 
fans and ensuite bathrooms. 2 are furnished with king sized beds and 
2 with twin beds. 2 of the bathrooms have large walk in showers, the 
remaining two have baths with shower over the bath. 

Activities and Attractions

By staying at Villa Isabelle, you will have access to the stunning 
Royal Westmoreland golf course situated on a tropical hillside with 
breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea.

You will also have all the benefits of staying at a world class 
resort including tennis, spa services, gym and fitness centre and 
pool complex including jacuzzi and children's pool. The popular 
children's activity programme is available in busy periods. Baby 
sitting services can be arranged year round.

Golf and tennis lessons can also be arranged.

If you don't want to eat at the villa, you can get a snack at the 
sanctuary cafe or dine at the clubhouse. 

If it's the beach you want, then there is a regular shuttle during 
winter season to take you the five mintues to a beautiful west coast 
beach where beach chairs and facilites will be provided year round 
for your convenience. Water sports are available at additional cost.

The restaurants and shops of Holetown are just a five minute drive 
away.

Being a small island, all of the attractions of Barbados are within 
easy reach including historic buildings, beautiful tropical gardens, 
wildlife sanctuaries, horseback riding, mountain biking, quad biking, 
island tours, scuba diving, snuba, snorkelling, turtle watching, 
sailing, parasailing, deep sea fishing, catamaran cruising, 
submarine, helicopter tours...

Rates are per night and include all taxes
Low season runs from 15th April until 14th December
High Season runs from Jan 3rd until April 14th
Peak runs from 15th Dec until 2nd Jan.


DEPOSITS AND REFUNDS
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The outstanding 
balance to be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival date.  Cancellations outside 60 days will forfeit the deposit. 
Cancellations within 60 days of arrival date will forfeit 50% of the deposit plus balance.
