There are five outstanding golf courses, excellent fishing, local wineries, a large number of 
area restaurants, great local shopping and locally-renowned annual music and boating 
festivals. And with our property located only 60 miles northwest of Austin and 85 miles 
north of San Antonio, you can also expand your visit to take in big city touring 
opportunities as well.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season Rates (March 1 - Sept. 30)
$295 per day          Weekdays (Mon. - Thurs.)
$330 per day          Weekends (Fri. - Sun.)
$1,950 for 7 days   Full Week (Mon. - Sun., includes 10% discount for full week rental.)
(There is a 2 night minimum stay. Three night minimum for weekends and holidays.)

Low Season Rates (Oct. 1 - Feb. 28)
$235 per day          Weekdays (Mon. - Thurs.)
$265 per day          Weekends (Fri. - Sun.)
$1,560 for 7 days   Full Week (Mon. - Sun., includes 10% discount for full week rental.)
(There is a 2 night minimum stay. Three night minimum for weekends and holidays.)
