bath condominium will make your Florida vacation one to remember.  
Located directly across the street from the white sandy beaches of  
the Gulf of Mexico, Captains Bay, built in 1998, is one of the prime  
vacation places to kick back and enjoy life at a slow leisurely  
pace.  This unit has all the luxuries of home with that Florida  
Charm. It is perfect for accommodating a vacationing family, as well  
as, couples who are looking to escape the doldrums of the northern  
winters. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped and has complete settings for eight.  
The living room is designed for comfort and total relaxation,  
including a full entertainment center with a 32" TV, VCR, DVD and a  
stereo. This condo is beautifully decorated and ready to pamper you  
after a long day in the sun. The private balcony has the perfect  
setting to sit, relax and gaze out onto a canal and surrounding  
nature preserve. This unit has it all, including a walk in utility  
room with full-size washer/dryer. The location and relaxing  
atmosphere are just one more reason you will love it here at  
Captain’s Bay South because the only people that do not like Fort  
Myers Beach, are the ones that have never been there.

Activities and Attractions

This "Tropical Delight" is conveniently located close to restaurants  
and marinas and a short 2-minute walk will take you to everything  
from volleyball on the beach to water sport rentals to karaoke at  
local beachside pubs.  The Santini shopping plaza is located close  
by, along with the beach movie theater, a walk-in medical center,  
grocery stores, and pharmacies along with golf and putt-putt courses  
too. Lovers Key State Park is located 2 miles away. The island also  
offers dinner boat cruises, the Big M gambling boat, full service  
Fish Tale Marina, and day trips to Key West.  Bicycle and scooter  
rentals are also available on the island and for a mere $0.25, you  
can hop a trolley from early monring to 9PM nightly to experience  
the fun times at Times Square. Taxi's are available for after-hours.

Vacation Rental Rates

Saturday to Saturday Rentals - All rentals are 2 Week Minimum 
 
One Time Cleaning Fee $100.00 
 
        
                          2008 Rates: 
- Dec 15, 2007 - May 3, 2008 - $1100/Wk - $4,000/Mo 
- May 3, 2008 - Sept 27, 2008 - $750/Wk - $2,800/Mo 
- Sept 27, 2008 - December 15, 2008 - $900/Wk - $3,300/Mo  
 
 
- A 20% downpayment of the total rental is due within 10 days to 
  secure your reservation. 
- A refundable security deposit of $300 will be added onto 
  the total balance of your reservation.  
- 11% Tax will be added to the reservation 
- Full payment of the final blance to be made 60 days before 
  arrival.  
- There will be no refunds issued for In-Season Rentals 
  (January 1st through May 1st).  However, a credit for future use 
  will be applied.  Out of Season rentals will be granted if notice 
  of cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival. No-shows,  
  late arrivals, change in the number of persons and early 
  departures after arrival are non-refundable.

- No rentals to those under 28 
 
- Rates subject to change without notice.
