Condo in Quaint Downtown Dunedin in Dunedin

The home is a  condo in downtown Dunedin, Florida. You may
want to check the Dunedin website. It is a very quaint little town
with wonderful shops and restaurants. It is located 15 minutes
north of Clearwater Beach. It is just minutes from St. Joseph Sound
and Honeymoon Island and Caledesi Island.The condo is tastefully
decorated. It has lots of upgrades including granite countertops
and crown moulding. There are french doors from the living room
that lead to the patio under the huge old oak trees.
There is a possibility of a longer term rental.

The area has a beautiful swimming pool and a club house with
exercise room.

The rent includes all utilities and high speed internet connection.  There is a washer and a dryer in the unit.

There are many activities nearby. We are located two blocks from 
the baseball park which is the home of the Toronto Blue Jays spring
training. There are several golf courses. The Dunedin causeway
offers sailboats, kayaks, canoes, beaches and hiking. The Pinellas
County bicycle trail goes for about 30 miles and is two blocks from
the home. Beaches and fishing are everywhere.

The rates for December,January, February and March are $1700.00 per
month.
The rates for April and the remainder of the year are $1100. If the condo is not rented we will consider a shorter term than one month or possibly a slightly lower rental amount.   All
utilities are paid and the home is totally furnished. It has washer and dryer. It has internet. If you are interested in a longer term rental contact me for more

There is a 7% sales tax and a 4% tourist tax in Florida for rentals
less than six months.
