It combines the kitchen, dinning table seating for ten, a counter/bar, a sun room with stunning views across lake, and dramatic floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace. Relax in the luxury of a Master Bathroom featuring heated floor tiles, duel shower heads and body jets. Enjoy evenings by the LP gas fire pit roasting marsh mellows or make s'mores. Located on 2 lake front acres. Offering fantastic views, first class accommodations, and over 3000 square feet of luxurious living space. Whether you want to swim, fish, canoe or just sit, relax and listen to the water lap, you will appreciate the floating dock, swim platform, gazebo and over 200 feet of private shoreline. The perfect place to get away from it all in well-appointed comfort.

Shallow water walk out shoreline. (4" out to 5' at end of floating dock.) 2 10' by 10' swim platforms. Screened gazebo on lake front provides another setting to enjoy the lake view or just sit and relax. We have lots of open space where you can set up a volley ball net, kick a soccer ball, or hit a few golf balls.

Full stainless kitchen with breakfast counter, dual cooking ovens, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, washer/dryer and central air conditioning and heat. Serve dinner or just relax in the shade on our screen porch or lakeside deck. Both offer fantastic lake views. Large selection of games, over 60 DVD's and 100's of books. 32" wide screen TV. DirecTV and
DVD player. Air Hockey table for the kids. 2nd television downstairs that can be used for the kids' video games or view TV and movies by DirecTV Satellite. Propane and charcoal grills on lake side slate patio. Outside hot and cold water shower!

1. Master Bed Room features a King size Select Comfort/Sleep Number bed.
2. Bed Boom 2 also has a Select Comfort/Sleep Number Queen Bed. 
3. Bed Room 3 is outfitted with a King size Sterns and Foster pillow top 
4. Bed Room 4 sleeps 4 on 1 bunk bed set, and 2 twin beds.
5. Finished Rec room is equipped with a futon and pull out double sofa bed.
   
   Room for two boats tied up along floating dock or tie up to our float/anchor. Drive on, out of water watercraft storage for 1. Community boat launch ramp. 2 kayaks a canoe and life vests are available for your use. Transport all your people and gear on available golf cart! Ask owners about availability.

Sun, swim, fish or canoe from the floating dock or swim platform or just sit and relax along our private waterfront. Lake Anna has excellent fishing and boating including cruising, water skiing or jet skiing. Boats and jet skis are readily available for rental at marinas located only minutes away. Nearby attractions include Kings Dominion, less than an hour away. Busch Gardens, historic
Monticello and Colonial Williamsburg, Charlottesville and the University of Virginia. Nearby wineries including Lake Anna Winery. A 2 hour drive will land you in the nation's capital, Washington, D.C. where the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum along with innumerable other museums and memorials are located to visit and experience. Fredericksburg is 30 minutes, Richmond 1
hour, Culpeper 35 minutes, and Warrenton only 55 minutes. If you are interested in Civil War History, an abundance can be found nearby. Major battlefields can be found in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania County, and Manassas.

Payments can be made via PayPal. To confirm your reservation a deposit
of 50% down plus a $750 security deposit is required. The balance is due 30 days prior to check in.
