those late afternoon naps. Large fenced-in back yard for the little ones(kids & dogs)complete with a
Weber grill, outdoor dining table and chairs and 2 private, hot/cold outdoor showers.

Inside are three floors of living space.

A large family room with 2 comfortable, relaxed, sitting areas. A dining room that seats 10
comfortably, a spacious kitchen with a cozy nook for 4, a powder room, and a flat-screen TV room
with a sectional and game area.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms with super comfortable full or queen-sized mattresses, floral
quilts, quality pillows and antique furniture, and a full bath. On the third floor is a great room
with 2 full beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa and lots of floor space for memorable sleepovers. In the
basement is a washer and dryer, wireless internet and room air conditioners throughout.

Private drive with plenty of extra parking across the street. Just a few blocks to the beach and
the start of the World Famous Wildwood Boardwalk. Families and mature groups welcome! No proms or senior week rental.

Our beach chairs, sand toys, towels, bedding, and basic household supplies can be made availble with
advanced notice. Very convenient for those coming in from out of town. Dogs allowed with additional
security deposit. As long as no doggie deposits are left in the yard, security deposit will be
returned. No cats please.

Large fenced in back yard with horse shoes and some toys. Flat screen tv/dvd with movies available
for your use. Hammock on the front porch perfect to enjoy those evening breezes. Of course you have
the white, sandy beaches a few blocks away. The start of the fun Wildwood Boardwalk at 16th street
as well as the beach patrol and bathrooms at 15th street beach. Close to restaurants, parks,
shopping, playground, skatepark, minigolf and the Cape May zoo.
