Vacation Rental Description

This one bedroom, tenth floor, oceanfront condominium overlooks 
Maui's beautiful Kaanapali Beach. 

The quiet surroundings offer uncommon privacy, yet we are very close 
to the activity of the Kaanapali resort area. Amenities include an 
oceanfront pool, sauna, shuffleboard, two lighted tennis courts, and 
gas barbecues.

The large lanai overlooks the ocean and is perfect for whale 
watching and enjoying spectacular sunsets. Step out of the condo and 
enjoy fantastic snorkeling or walk along the beach for miles. 

Groceries, videos, etc. are only a five minute walk away. The 
bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed. The fully 
equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, disposal, all 
cooking utensils and dishes.

Vacation Rental Rates

Regular Rates:
Low Season April 1 - Dec 14  $1365.00 per week, $195.00 per night
High Season Dec 15 - March 31 $1575.00 per week, $225.00 per night

Rates quoted are based on double occupancy.  Additional guest is 
$105.00 per week, $15.00 per night.  Hawaii state taxes are 
applicable to the above rental rates.  5 night minimum stay.  
There is a cleaning fee of $100.00 for maid service 
at the end of your stay.
