Deposit: A 50 percent deposit and a signed reservation agreement is required to secure your dates.  The balance and security deposit due not later than one week before arrival.  

Refundable $500 security/key deposit required prior to check in.
Pets:  On approval only.  Additional $250 security deposit required.  Additional cleaning fee for pets.  Dogs must be on leash when outside and all pets must be kept in a crate while unattended or during night.

Occupancy limited to 6 overnight guests.

Refunds: Reservations are nonrefundable. 

No smoking in the cottage.

A wonderful home for a couple or family vacation.  Not the place for the profane, disrespectful, or wild.  Lots are only 50 feet wide and full time residents live on both sides of the cottage.
