vacation rental rates
Rental period Sat-Sat during the summer season (960/week).
Rates before May 15 and after Sept 1 are 700 per week. Weekend stays available before May 15 and after Sept 1 at 275/weekend for a up to four guests. Additional guests @ 25/weekend up to six guests max.
Check in after 4 p.m. Check out by 10 a.m.
Deposit:
Weekly rental: A 50 percent deposit and a signed reservation agreement is required to secure your dates. Balance of rental and 600 security deposit are due 10 days before arrival.
Weekend rentals are due in full at time of reservation with 500 security deposit required 10 days before arrival.
Occupancy limited to 6 overnight guests.
Refunds: Reservations are nonrefundable.
No smoking in the cottage.
A wonderful home for a couple or family vacation. Not the place for the profane, disrespectful, or wild. Lot has 50 feet of direct water frontage and full time residents live on both sides of the cottage.
