side of Keuka Lake - the gem of the fingerlakes. (Newly Furnished and Painted in 2008 - new pictures coming soon)
Two master bedrooms/master bathrooms, (four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms total) -
all on second floor with awesome views of the Lake. First floor is
very open and airy, includes a living, dining room, foyer, 1/2 bath,
pantry and modern, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. First Floor high
light is a 40 x 20 deck, with 8 place dining set, bar, grill and
breath-taking views of Keuka Lake.
Lower-level (exposed basement) is currently used as a play area for
the kids (foosball, air hockey, Play Station, arts & crafts, etc.)
and has it's own deck with picnic table and more seating.
Property boasts 50 feet of groomed, level beach. Water front is level, no drop offs, no weeds and safe for kids. Permanent dock for
fishing, swimming and boating activities, along with extra boat lift for your boat. A charcoal grill and campfire pit are added beach features.
