breath-taking views of Keuka Lake.

Lower-level (exposed basement) is currently used as a play area for
the kids and has it's own deck with picnic table and more seating.

Property boasts 50 feet of groomed, level beach. Water front is level, no drop offs, no weeds and safe for kids. Permanent dock for fishing, swimming and boating activities, along with extra boat lift for your boat. A charcoal grill and campfire pit are added beach features.
