Vacation Rental Description
If you are looking for a relaxing getaway to the Myrtle Beach area,
but with less traffic and congestion, you have found the place right
here in Surfside Beach, also known as the Family Beach. Our condo
is oceanfront on the 2nd floor and was completely remodeled in May
of 2005. The pictures truly do not do it justice. Our condo is the
perfect place for a cozy romantic getaway or a refreshing, relaxing
& funfilled vacation for a small family. There are only 9 units in
our oceanfront building, so you can enjoy the privacy while relaxing
by the pool. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a tv/vcr, and a large
closet with plenty of space to store your clothes & luggage. The
kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items for daily
living. The spacious living room has a queen size sofa sleeper,
cable tv, vcr, stereo/tape/cd player, & two sets of double glass
doors with a breath taking view of the atlantic ocean. Outside of
the living room, you can step onto the pool & ocean view balcony,
where you can just sit back & relax, taking in some of the most
beautiful sunrises & jumping dolphins.
We ask that you PLEASE honor our policy of NO SMOKING & NO PETS in
our condo.
We do not supply linens.

-700 Heated Sq. Ft.(Actually called a 1 Bedroom Deluxe because the size is larger than a normal 1BR)

-Fully Equipped Kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, Refrig. w/
Icemaker, Microwave, & Flat Stove Top Range
-Central A/C & Heat
-Private Balcony with chairs & table for oceanfront dining
-Desk area

-Beach access from pool

-Surfside Pier is located approximately 6 blocks & you can walk to
restaurant located on the pier and enjoy a nice oceanfront
breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

-Scuba Diving (I recommend Nu Horizons-that's where I got certified)
-Water Park (Wild, Water & Wheels - a couple minutes from our condo)
-Several Golf Courses in addition to Miniature Golf in the area.
-The Carolina Opry or Dixie Stampede (North end of Myrtle Beach)
-Huntington State Park or Myrtle Beach State Park
-Brookgreen Gardens
-Several shopping malls & plazas
-Hundreds of Restuarants & if you love seafood - try Murrells Inlet
area (about 10 minutes South of here)
-Medieval Times, Ripley's Aquarium, Amusement Park & the list goes
on & on for the Myrtle Beach/Surfside Area
Vacation Rental Rates
Summer Rentals Only:
- 6/7/08 thru 6/20/08: $ 950/week - 6/21/08 thru 8/1/08: $1,100/week
- 8/2/08 thru 8/15/08: $1,000/week
-only week left Aug.9th-16th $1,000 PLUS DISC. 10% = $900 (includes all taxes & cleaning)
- 8/16/08 thru 8/22/08: $ 950/week
- 8/23/08 thru 8/29/08: $ 900/week
