enclosed patio with picnic table and bbq, enclosed yard. 
 
Beach gear: boogey boards, sand toys, a cooler to take on day trips or to the beach. 
 
Kid friendly: high chair, booster seat, Play n Pak, stroller, toys, books, etc. 
 
Large bathrooms featuring double sink and bath plus shower.

Activities and Attractions

Oceanside's main attraction is the beach - it goes on for miles, is ideal for surfing and swimming,  
and is not over crowded. There is also the charming historic Oceanside Pier and the quaint harbor.  
Shopping, dining, theatres & movies are all available within walking distance. 
 
For vacationers Oceanside is an ideal location in that it is centrally located between all the  
attractions of the Los Angeles area (Universal City, Disneyland, Hollywood & Beverly Hills, 6 Flags,  
Kottsberry Farm, etc) and the equally appealing attractions of the San Diego area (Legoland, Wild  
Animal Park, Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo, the beautiful San Diego Harbor, Old Town, the Gas Lamp  
district, etc.)

Vacation Rental Rates

High season summer rates $500/night, 4 night minimum 
                         $3500/week, $500 for the additional apartment 
 
$3500/month off season, $1300/month apartment. 
 
Monthly rates include wifi, cable, utilities, and garbage.
