Amenities include comfortable, new Southwestern-style furnishings,
king size bed in master bedroom with jacuzzi tub in bathroom. The
second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has one twin trundle
bed and one regular twin bed. There is also a sleep sofa in the
sunroom. Other amenities include hot tub, fireplace, grill, TVs,
VCR/DVDs, high speed internet and fully equipped kitchen with all
new appliances. All in a very desirable location.

This Sedona home is close to many attactions, including hiking,
golfing, shopping and more. There are hot air balloon rides, and
tours available on helicopter and airplanes as well as tours of
reservations, which are very popular. Winter skiing near Flagstaff
is only 60 minutes away. The natural beauty of the Grand Canyon is
only a two hour drive and it is a must see!

Peak Season (March-December), this home rents for $1550 per week and $1950-$2350 per month( Utilities extra for multiple months)

50% of rent paid upfront(not refundable)

Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
There is an additional cleaning fee of $125.00 per rental.
