community would make a wonderful second home, year after year! Located on pristine North Hutchinson Island just south of Vero Beach and North of the Ft. Pierce Inlet.
Beautiful North Hutchinson Island getawayin gated ocean to river complex. Third floor end unit condo with three separate balconies to watch sunrises and sunsets.
Immaculate grounds with lush tropical pool setting. Amenities include
exercise room complete with treadmills, bikes, weight training
equipment and men's and women's saunas. Pool area has large free form
pool, outdoor spa and plenty of lounge chairs to soak in the sun.
Activity room with billiard table, tv and book reading area. Social
events are hosted in this well appointed area. Tennis courts, shuffle
boards, kayak launching area with fishing dock on river. Unit is
located on west side of AIA with no buildings on east side to
obstruct ocean views.
There is a king bed in the master, queen bed in guest bedroom, double
bed with a single bunk bed over the double in the kid's bedroom.
There is also a single trundle bed in this bedroom. In the living
room there is a queen sofa bed. Full size washer and dryer in the
unit.
Just bring your clothes and move right in! Historic Vero Beach is
about ten minutes away where you can shop, eat or just sightsee. Ft.
Pierce is only a few minutes away where you can also enjoy shopping,
eating or charter a boat for deep sea fishing or back water fishing
for trout or snook!
North Hutchinson Island is about 8 miles south of Vero Beach or a
couple hours from Walt Disney World!
