Rates per night for entire condo with 2 BR, 3BA, includes 4 Queen 
sized beds and 1 foldout queen sized sofa bed. Fully equipted 
Kitchen and living room.  Includes Cable TV, DVD, free wireless 
internet access. 

Winter nightly rates $400 December through April 15th, except 
Christmas and New Years weeks for $450 nightly

$200 nightly non winter April 15th through November 30th

5 night minimun stay suggested or add $100 for cleaning fee
Refunable Security Deposit $400
Total square footage 1300.  Sorry no pets
