Schlitterbahn is only 3 minutes away! We are on the Comal River across from Prince Solms Park and Public Golf! We are just a short tube float to the famous Comal River Tube Chute! Rent your tube next door or  right across the street and let their shuttle bring you back. Don't drive anywhere. We are located in the middle of everything! You can walk to rent your tube and the outfitters will bring you right back to the complex. Also we are withiin walking distance of Wurstfest, Landa Park, and the downtown square where you will find everything from Texas oldest bakery, to many fine dining restaurants, fast food, gourmet coffee to numerous craft & antique stores. The San Marcus Outlet Mall is 20 minutes away!

We have over 400 feet of Comal River frontage landscaped in a parklike setting with picnic tables and BBQ pits along the riverbank! We also have a new Gazebo and a Basketball Sport Court by the river. There are tube rental companies right outside our gate! Rent your tube from them and enjoy a leisurely float float down the river. They will pick you up at the end of your float and bring you right back to the complex! You don't drive anywhere! We are 3 minutes from Schlitterbahn, 3 minutes from Public Golf, 20 minutes from the San Marcus Outlet mall, and 15 minutes from Gruene Hall & the famopus Grist Mill Restaurant. Myrons Prime Steakhouse, Friesenhaus Restaurant (German) & Bakery, Huisache Grill & Wine Bar (they have a great Blue Cheese Steak), Granzins BarBQ, McAcoods Seafood Company are all just a few minutes away and provide a great variety of dining choices.

Off season rates ($125.00 per night) began 09/16/2013 to 04/30/2014 (Wurstfest weekends are peak season rates!)

Peak Season begins 05/01/2013 to 09/09/2013 and has a 2 night minimum. The nightly rate is $200 Peak Season with a mid-week special (Sunday - Thursday) of $175. Also stay Mon & Tues you get Weds night FREE! Stay a week and receive the disoounted midweek rate and free Wednesday!
