One Fifth Avenue Historical Gulf Front Property in Indian Rocks Beach

Originally built in 1915, the 3 bedroom beach house and separate
studio efficiency, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, have been
recently renovated to their original beauty and charm in 2005 and again
in 2008. Improvements are continually being done to surprise our guests with every visit back.

The main house has over fifty sash windows and there is no shortage
of spectacular views. Three bedrooms and one and one half baths
allow ample space for six guests. A 39'living room allows for
everyone to stretch back and enjoy one anothers company. An updated
kitchen, formal dining room, giant living room and west facing
Florida sun room complete the layout. Pine floors and lovely
shades of sun and sky colors create an ambiance matched only by the
beautiful sunsets at Indian Rocks Beach.

The Studio is an upstairs efficiency offering a romantic getaway for
two in a very private setting. An attached deck offers wonderful
views of the beach and your very own herb and butterfly garden.
The architectural design of this studio gives you the privacy you
are looking for. The guests in the main house do not know when you
are outside on your deck viewing the Gulf of Mexico.
Currently this is the season we are spending much of our time
outside in our herb and butterfly gardens and preparing the beachfront
yard ready for our guests. We work on a first come/first serve
basis. Thereby, you will get faster service by contacting us via telephone
as we do take phone calls while outdoors planting our
Florida native plants. It is recommended you contact us
via telephone and back up your inquiry with an email leaving
a contact number with your message. We do return calls in the
evening, if you request us to do so.

From your own reserved parking, through the separate, gated entrance, you cross the garden boardwalk unnoticed, to the shaded sundeck, jacuzzi and sugar sand beach. Tastefully furnished in retro red, white wicker and hardwood floors, the pastel colors of the sky blue ceiling and sunshine yellow walls invokes a by-gone era of pristine "Old Florida".The air-conditioned studio efficiency offers full kitchenette amenities, cable tv, dvd, wi-fi, radio/cd, queen bed, rain shower and private porch.

Deluxe Large 3 Bedroom Unit: (six adults with the studio 8 adults)
Kitchen with side by side full size refrigerator and freezer.
Expresso machine, Coffee maker, blender, wafflemaker, pots/pans,

Bedrooms - All beds are topped with feather beds, designer 600
thread count linens, feather pillows, 100% cotton blankets, and down
comforters. 5 star plush luxury towels are also provided.
Master Suite located upstairs overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.
Spectacular sunsets and the reflection from the moon shooting off
the gulf waves at night can be seen directly from the bed. Not to
mention the sound of waves.
Second bedroom, upstairs features two twin beds.
Third bedroom, downstairs has a king size bed.
Formal Dining Room comfortably hosts 8 people. Mahagony China
Cabinet contains LaMoge China for that special occasion. Antique
baby high chair is also included.
39' Spacious Living Room with 9' ceilings is divided into two areas;
one side provides cozy reading chairs in front of the fireplace.
new leather sofa and chairs have been placed to ompliment
media/entertainment area. i.e. television, dvd, vhs, cd, stereo
equipment, and wireless internet.
Florida Sun Room has rattan furniture and a cafe dining area. Sun
Room opens out into the private beach and deck with jacuzzi and fine
patio furniture.
The Studio Efficiency is tastefully appointed with red retro decor.
The queen size bed is surrounded with Bahamma netting. Adorned with
high quality designer 600+ thread count linens, comforter, pillows,
shams, and dust ruffle. The kitchen area comes complete with full size
refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker as well as silverware,
glassware dishes, pots and pans. A full size HDTV, DVD player, and portable
AM/FM/CD player provide entertainment on the rare rainy day.
Your day begins with the harmonious cooing of the docile doves and parrots
native to the island. ! Ten feet below, at the foot of the stairs, the butterfly and herb garden beckons you down.

This private home offers what no other rental on Indian Rocks beach
