This vacation rental is in a League of its own! We provide more
amentities, as well as activities to do around our home than any
other place you will find. Our home is situated on a very private
hillside lot bordering Woodland Park. Woodland park is a 440 acre
forested park with several miles of hiking/mountain biking trails, a
playground, tennis courts, picnic ramadas, sand volleyball, and a
lake surrounded by a paved walking path.

There is an activity center with plenty to keep you busy with
located just below the deck. We even have our own basketball court!
This house can comfortably accomodate up to three families. There
is a King Size bed in all three of the bedrooms! The two master
suites have Tempur-pedic mattresses. There are also two Queen size
futon beds, one in the loft and one in the upstairs bedroom. We also
have an additional futon mattress if needed. There is a nice poker
table in the loft that doubles as an activity table for your kids.
The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with a 5 burner gas range,
and a large convection oven with side oven. There are two
refrigerators (2nd one is in the laundry room).

Outside we have a large redwood deck (with a remote controlled
retractable awning), flagstone patio, and beautifully landscaped
front and backyard that you will be sure to enjoy. We have an
elaborate outdoor lighting system that creates a soft orange glow
everywhere behind the house. There is deck lighting and lights for
the lawn area for games, and the forest around the back of the
property lights up by four large high pressure sodium lights for an
expansive view. The outdoor speakers are situated so you can listen
to sirius satellite radio or a CD while in the Jacuzzi or on the
deck. There is another "rock speaker" so you can hear the music near
the cowboy bbq while you grill up a feast.

We are right in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside, so we are close to
everything in the area. But we have a lot of really
unique things to do on our property, they are listed below.

Horseshoes (pits are located in the forest behind our property)

Croquet (two separate grass areas, in front and backyard)

Bocce ball (a perfect place to play behind the house)

Basketball (we have a basketball court on our property!)

There is a port you can plug your own game console in to. The Video
Game center is upstairs and can be played in the loft or rolled into
the upstairs bedroom in case your kids are being loud with it in the
loft. You can also play DVD's in the video game center.
