overlooks the Historic Town of Breckenridge and is located just off  
Ski Hill Road. It offer ski in / ski out convenience just 500 feet  
from the new gondola midway loading station. It is less than 1 mile  
from the Base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Area and downtown  
Breckenridge.  
 
This Home is truly a luxurious Mountain Chalet that evokes the feel  
of a 5-star resort. Its understated earth tones in caramels, dark  
greens and gold hues compliment the massive moss rock fireplace in  
the living room and the towering pines surrounding the property. It  
is nestled in the Nordic Ski Trails of Shock Hill Subdivision. 
 
The Kitchen is a showcase of beautiful golden granite, custom  
cabinetry and stainless appliances. There is wide plank rustic wood  
flooring throughout the living areas covered with Persian wool rugs.  
The kitchen bar serves 4 guests and the dining room table seats 8. 
 
Cucumber Patch boasts 2 Master Bedroom Suites. Each Suite has a gas  
fireplace overlooking the bedroom area plus spacious walk-in  
closets. They both have attached Master Bathroom Suites with jetted  
tubs and separate showers. All 4 bedrooms are outfitted with down  
comforters and 600+ thread count sheets. The 2 additional bedrooms  
each have Queen Size bed and share a full bathroom with double sinks.  
There is even a fun play area off 1 bedroom sized for those little  
skiers. 
 
This is the perfect Home for 4 couples or 1-2 families. The 2-car  
heated garage.

Low Season:  04/01 thru 04/30 - $650/night or $3,900/week 
Summer:      05/01 thru 09/30 - $600/night or $3,600/week 
Fall:        10/01 thru 12/16 - $550/night or $3,300/week 
 
Accepts Personal Checks, Mastercard and Visa. Full payment due 60  
days prior to occupancy. Damage Deposit $1,000.
