Vacation Rental Description

Apt. Elena is available for long-term summer rental and for weeks during the winter of 2008-2009.
(Sorry, but Jan. 17 through Feb. 7 and  Feb. 14 through Feb 21 have already been reserved.) 
  
Apt. Elena is the ideal place for a family or couples beach resort vacation/holiday any time of the 
year. It's 1 of 8 2 bedroom, 2 bath security Apts. in the Villas del Sol Condo Complex, just 1 block 
from a 7-mile uncrowded beach.
 
The location is on the far north side of a romantic small town called Bucerias, only 10 miles north 
of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The town is easily accesible from the airport by car, 
taxi or bus.

Apt. Elena's spacious balcony has a partial view of the Bay of Banderas and its surrounding 
mountains. Also, the balcony has an authentic Mexican dining set, a hammock and a George Foreman 
electric patio grill. The Apt. sleeps a maximum of 4 and is tastefully furnished with satellite TV 
in the living room/dining room and a complete kitchenette with breakfast bar.

Bucerias has the charm of "Old Mexico", but most business-people in town speak English. It has many 
modern conveniences that you need such as Internet studios, ATM machines, top-notch medical and 
dental professionals, 24-hour drugstores and convenience stores, a large grocery/department store, 
award-winning restaurants, casual cafes and stylish boutiques. Many are within easy walking 
distance.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

A beautiful private pool/sun deck is available for the exclusive use of apt. owners and renters. 
(The beach is just a block away.) A real plus is that the Complex is adjacent to a main highway 
affording convenient low-cost public transportation should you choose not to rent a car or take 
taxis.

The rental price includes weekly maid service, pool and garden care, off-the-street parking and 
the services of a Rental Agent who will be on-call for you during your stay. 

Activities and Attractions

Nearby activities include swimming, surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, golf, tennis, boat rides, 
parasailing, fishing, whale watching in the winter, horseback riding, hiking, swimming with dolphins 
at Sea Life Discovery Water Park, and zipline canopy tours. Also, many interesting organized 
excursions are available in the area.
