This complex is a two story building with only 15 condos, beautifully landscaped, with sophisticated charm and a casual beach atmosphere.

The pictures of the beach and Ocean are taken from the condo, so what you see is what you get, direct beautiful Ocean views.
We own a studio on the ground floor which can accommodates 2 adults and 1 child and one bedroom on the second floor which can accommodates up to 3 persons where you can enjoy the views of the Ocean in privacy on a spacious balcony.

Our ground floor studio features a Murphy Bed; a very comfortable queen sized bed with normal mattress and springs to better utilize the daytime space, as well as a sleeper sofa. The floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors run right across the whole front of the unit offering fabulous views of white sand beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
A large walkout private patio with a table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges allows you to enjoy the Ocean-Gulf views.

Sip your beverage of choice as you enjoy the sunsets and the balmy breezes on your private balcony in our second floor one bedroom condo which faces the aqua waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
This condo has a separate bedroom with a regular queen size bed that has a Simmons Beautyrest Pocketed Coils mattress and a box spring, 2 LCD TVs and 2 mobile phones. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and can accommodates up to 3 persons.

These are condos that you will want to return to year after year.

We have no hidden costs, our rates are posted and the only additional fee
to that is Florida State tax....sorry there is nothing we can do about that.
