This complex is a two story building with only 15 condos, beautifully
landscaped, with sophisticated charm and a casual beach atmosphere.
The pictures of the beach and Ocean are taken from the condo, so what
you see is what you get, direct unobstructed Ocean views.
We own a studio on the ground floor which accommodates 1-3 persons and
one bedroom on the second floor which can accommodates 1-4 persons
where you can enjoy the views of the Ocean in privacy on a spacious
balcony.
Our ground floor studio features a Murphy Bed; a very comfortable
queen sized bed with normal mattress and springs to better utilize the
daytime space, as well as a sleeper sofa.
A large walkout private patio with a table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise
lounges allows you to enjoy the Ocean-Gulf views.
Sip your beverage of choice as you enjoy the sunsets and the balmy
breezes on your private balcony in our second floor one bedroom condo
which faces the aqua waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
This condo has a separate bedroom with a regular queen size bed that
has a Simmons Beautyrest Pocketed Coils mattress and a box spring,
2 LCD TVs and 2 mobile phones.
There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
These are condos that you will want to return to year after year.
We take great pride in our properties and hope you will too!

We have no hidden costs, our rates are posted and the only additional
fee to that is Florida state tax...sorry there is nothing we can do
about it.

Desk with dedicated computer (high speed) and printer in office for
guests to use during office hours 9-4:30 PM free of charge.

Tennis (free) hard courts, basketball at Bayfront park just a couple
of blocks away, golf, biking, miniature golf, fishing.
Choices in extraordinary award winning restaurants and shopping can
be found on the key and internationally known St. Armand's Circle
with its array of upscale boutiques and galleries.
After a day of fun in the sun, in nearby Sarasota you have choices
in the area which include ballet, Florida West Coast Symphony, Van
Wezel Performing Arts Center and The Ringling Museum with its
marvelous gallery.
Jazz, blues, dance clubs, piano bars, comedy clubs, opera, dinner
theaters and even a 70-80's club are available.
