Newly furnished two story patio home has a cathedral ceiling in the foyer.
The living room has raiseceilin and full width sliding doors leading to screened Lanai.
The first floor is tiled. The LR has large wall unit with 32” TV and
VCR, sofa, love seat, and area rug. The DR seats six at the dining
table. Kitchen is fully equipped with DW, coffee pot, microwave,
toaster oven, cookware, spice rack and service for 8. Third BR has
trundle bed, dresser, area rug, and Fax. The slider opens to a
spacious enclosed patio with table, chairs, umbrella, and barbeque
grill. Upper level has master BR with queen bed, TV, VCR, full bath
and walk in closet. Second BR has queen bed, and there is a full
bath. The washer & dryer are next to the kitchen. The unit is fully equipped with everything you
will need for comfortable living.
The heated community pool is a 5 minute walk
away, and there are several park and exercise areas.
The enclosed patio has a gas grill, table/chairs and umbrella. It is enclosed by an 8 ft wall for
privacy.

Center of Performing Arts. The Ft Lauderdale Museum is a nationally
recognized museum that hosts many top exhibits. Nearby beaches at
Juno and Singer Island are well worth visiting. Sport fishing is
available nearby as is the fishing pier at Juno beach. The Cardinals
and Marlins spring training facility is 15 minutes away at Roger
Dean Stadium. Water parks and Ecological preserves are nearby.
