Vacation Rental Description

Our private lakefront cottage is the perfect 4 season getaway for your family.  We are 
located on the eastern shore of Moose Pond and enjoy 200 feet of private waterfront.  The 
home has full amenities to enjoy your vacation. The waterfront has 2 private points of 
access.  There is a deep water boating and swimming dock and a shallow wading area for 
young children and other swimmers.  Four boats are waterfront for guests to enjoy: a 
canoe, sailboat, and 2 kayaks.  You will find the large waterfront screened porch delightful 
on a summer evening.  Winter pleasures include the heat and view of a woodstove, 
snowshoeing and skiing.  Your lakeside view of Shawnee Peak Ski Area will call you for first 
tracks!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill.  All linens, including sheets and towels, are 
provided.  The kitchen will also be stocked with staples to make your arrival as simple as 
possible. The bookcase is filled with plenty of books to read and there is a traditional 
selection of games to entertain you.  The upstairs den has a television with DVD player 
and video player. If you are a summer guest you are sure to enjoy our 2 hammocks: one at 
the waterfront, and one on the screened porch!

Activities and Attractions

The Lake Region offers so many activites it's hard to know where to begin!  Moose Pond is 
known for its fishing, and, of course, whatever watersport you desire.  Bring your own 
power boat or rent one for your stay.  Kayaking and canoeing will allow you to enjoy our 
wildlife including our loon population. There is hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and other 
seasonal outdoor activites.  Outlet shopping is available in nearby North Conway and 
Bridgton has a fine selection of local specialty shops, restaurants,  and a new movie 
theatre which is locally owned and operated.
