Marlboro Beach Rd. cottage in Acadia

This cottage has beautiful views of the mountains of Mount Desert
Island, looking across Frenchman's Bay toward Bar Harbor and Acadia
National Park.
It sits on one acre of land with woods in the back. It offers plenty
of privacy in the quiet community of Marlboro by the sea, in Lamoine.
Access to Marlboro Beach, a very short walk down the road, to swim,
launch your kayak or small boat...

Queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second
bedroom, full bath with tub and shower, combined living/dining room
with picture window, TV, DVD player, kitchen equipped with
refrigerator, electric range-oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
washer and dryer.

The cottage comes fully furnished with linens and towels. Please,
bring your own beach towels.

Outdoor BBQ, picnic table and lawn chairs.

The cottage is fully insulated and heated to enjoy off-season.

Short walk down the road to Marlboro Beach(1/5 mile): launch your
kayak or small boat, watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Freshwater (warmer) swimming at Blunts pond (1 mile) or explore
several fresh water lakes on Mount Desert Island or inland (Toddy
Pond, Branch Lake, Green Lake, Tunk Lake, Donnell Pond, Molasses Pond, Georges Pond, etc..., all within 20 miles).

Going south:                                                                                                           
4 miles to Lamoine State Park and Lamoine Beach.                                                    
10 miles to the Trenton/Bar Harbor Airport.                                                           
11miles to Mount Desert Island.
19 miles to the entrance of Acadia National Park and Visitor Center.                             
21 miles to downtown Bar Harbor.

Hiking, bicycling, sailing, golfing, whale watching,...enjoy all the
activities that Acadia National Park and the Bar Harbor area have to
offer.

Visit further Downeast (19 miles to Schoodic Point in Winter
Harbor, Corea, Sorrento...) or simply read a book under the apple
tree and enjoy the beautiful views and tranquility of our little
cottage by the sea.

11 miles to Ellsworth for all your shopping needs, 5 miles to the
Lamoine country store.

From June to September, the weekly rentals run from Saturday (3:00pm
or later) to Saturday (10:00 am).

Receipt of 1/2 rental check will confirm your reservation.

Rates:
Prior to June 22nd: $650.00 per week.
From June 22nd to July 6th: $750.00 per week.
From July 6th to August 31st: $800.00 per week.
From August 31st to Sept. 14th: $750.00 per week.
After Sept. 14th: $650.00 per week.
Additional charges:
- 7% Maine State Lodging Tax.
- $200.00 refundable damage deposit.
