Valley View Vacation Pad in Front Royal

Valley View is a great 2nd floor vacation apartment with private entrance providing stunning valley
and mountain views with an ideal private location yet close to town (1-2miles). From the seclusion
of your own deck you can take in beautiful views of the Massanutten Mountains to the south or the
Blue Ridge Mountains to the east. You can hop, skip or jump to the Shenandoah National Park. Read
and nap in one of two spacious and comfortable bedrooms with neighboring farm views. Grab the
binoculars and let the bird watching begin as the cedar waxwings and the bluebirds have started to
arrive.

Valley View has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, full size electric
range and refrigerator. The apartment has all the comforts of home including cable TV, central heat
and central air conditioning. It has two nice sized bedrooms, a combined living/dining area and a
full bath. Bedroom1: Queen bed, comfortable linens, wood floors and large closet. Bedroom2: Full
bed, comfortable linens, wood floors, and large closet. Washer and dryer in apartment.

There are numberous antique stores, two great flea markets in the immediate area and the Shenandoah
Nat’l Park and Skyline Drive are not even a mile away. See Sky Line Caverns or take a scenic drive
to Luray for the famous Luray Caverns. In the heart of Virginia wine country and next door to
Rappahannock County and the world renowned Inn at Little Washington. Great for Hikers, River
Enthusiasts, Fishermen, Golfers, and Antique-ers. Photographers & Artists give it a try!

Some flexibility may be accommodated on request.
A security deposit is required in order to hold your reservation. Your deposit must be received
within 7 days of your booking. Once we receive your deposit, your dates are reserved.
On your arrival, the security deposit converts to a damage deposit which is refunded within 30days
of check-out, provided there is no damage to property and terms of the rental agreement are not met.
Full payment for your stay is normally made upon arrival (cash, check or money order). We also
accept electronic payment via Paypal: please contact us for details
Cancellations:
If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, your security deposit will be returned. If you
cancel and have already paid for your stay, we will refund your payment for lodging.
