Vacation Rental Description

The condominium is located on the 16th green of the Tournament Golf  
Course within the exclusive Mission Hills Country Club. 
 
This single-level condo is fully furnished with all new furniture,  
linens, kitchen utensils/cookware, four TV/DVD/VCR sets and a living  
room corner gas fireplace.  
 
There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.  Two bedrooms are  
equipped with California king-size beds.  The third bedroom has a  
queen-size sleeper/sofa.   
 
All appliances are new and include a refrigerator, electric  
stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, as well as an  
outdoor gas barbeque grill.   
 
A wireless network with high-speed Internet access is available to  
renters free of charge.  Renters must provide their own computer  
equipment.  Local and long distance telephone service is provided  
free of charge. 
 
The large rear patio overlooks the golf course and is equipped with  
lounge chairs and a dining table and chairs.  Two front outdoor  
patios are fully furnished and a weatherproof overhang encloses the  
larger sitting area.  
 
The condo has an attached double car garage.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Access to the swimming pool and spa is directly across the street.  
 
Mission Hills Country Club is a gated, private community.  The  
Westin Mission Hills has 2 public courses available.   
 
Access to other public golf courses in the Palm Springs area is easy  
and most are within 15-20 minutes.

Activities and Attractions

Palm Springs Airport is only 7 miles away. 
 
Downtown Palm Springs is a short 15 minute drive and provides access  
to high quality dining, shopping and museums. 
 
Palm Springs Aeial Tramway. 
 
Lots of Tennis in the area.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Rates 
   December - April:  Weekly $1,600  Monthly $3,700 
   May - November:    Weekly $1,200  Monthly $2,800       
 
Rental Details 
   Required stay 1-week minimum.    
   Payment Options: Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal Check 
   Check-In: 3:00 p.m.  
   Check-Out: 12:00 noon 
   Not responsible for lost or stolen articles. 
 
Policies 
Rent:  Rent payment is required 60 days in advance of occupancy.   
Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival require deposit  
and rent payments in full at the time of booking. 
 
Deposit:   $300 payment due at time of booking and does not apply  
toward rent.  Deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of departure  
less any damages or other charges.  
 
Cancellations & Refunds:   
In the event a reservation must be cancelled, the following will  
apply: 
   1. If written notice is received 45 or more days prior to the  
start of tenancy, payment of rents and deposits will be refunded.  
   2. If cancellation occurs less than 45 days from the start of  
tenancy, a refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property.  
 
Cleaning Fee:  $100
