Vacation Rental Description

Spacious, beautiful home with ocean front yard and mountain view backyard. 3 
bedrooms 
/ 2 baths - sleeps 15 comfortably.   Large lot, 
secluded property, yet near activites.  VERY clean. No neighbors - great for private 
celebrations!  Fabulous high end stereo system AND professional karaoke system.  
Several 
kayaks, surf board, wind surfer, beach chairs, etc..  Sandy, shallow, beach - 
safest beach in Northern Baja for swimming  - protected cove.  Dogs welcome!  For 
nominal fee will arrange pick up of all groceries, firewood and escort from the border 
if 
desired.  You just show up, relax, party and leave. In house massage available $30 for 
one 
hour.  US phone - free long distance to US or 
Canada.    DSL line for computer.  
Near golf course, tourist sites, shopping, hiking.   2 hours from San Diego border, 30 
minutes to downtown Ensenada.  $300 a night or $2000 a week. 
Fully equipped home - you don't need to bring a thing!  Perfect for memorable family 
holidays.    TVs, DVD, VHS, and full range US channels with 
satellite TV.    American, English speaking property managers on site. 
  24 phone service for any help needed at house.   Emergency 
services 
(fire, police, ambulance) all local and a phone call away also - most rental homes in 
Mexico do not have a local phone!  (No guests have ever had to 
use them, but good to know we have them). Treat yourself and your friends and
