Vacation Rental Description
This beautiful lakefront home sits at the foot of the Rockies
overlooking Lake Blaine. It has its own private oversized dock and a
private boat launch. Lake Blaine is centrally located in the
Flathead Valley. Flathead Lake, Bigfork, Kalispell, Whitefish,
Kalispell International Airport and Glacier Park are all within a 20-
40 minute drive.
The cabin itself is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen,
dining area, family room, washer/dryer, BBQ, and much more. The
lower level has a pull down bed and a sleeper couch and makes a
perfect family area for multi-family vacations. We easily have beds
for ten adults and with our downstairs we have 4 rooms for sleeping.
The cabin's wrap around deck offers superb views of the lake and
Montana's stunning sunsets. The cabin includes Satellite TV and
Wireless DSL. We have vintage board games, poker, and a video game
area that is also home to our friend Buck the singing deer.
Our cabin is very well stocked with virtually everything you might
need for your vacation. That includes everything for down on the
dock. Canoe,beach towels, dock chairs, life vests (children and
adult), ice chest, float rafts and tubes, drinking glasses, etc.
We spend 3 - 4 weeks every summer at our Lake Blaine cabin and have
outfitted it with everything we believe neccesary for ourselves and
our guests. If your able to bring your boat, the cabin has access to
a private boat launch and plenty of area to store your trailer. Boat
and Jet Ski rentals are also available.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The property includes an over sized private dock with boat slip, and
is perfect for swimming, sunning, and fishing. Lake Blaine is
considered Montana's warmest lake and is the ideal watersports lake
for you and your family.
Satellite TV, Wireless DSL, DVD Player, Stainless Steel Gas BBQ,
deck tables and chairs. Fully stocked kitchen including Coffee
Machine, Dishwasher, Blender, Toaster, Pots, Pans, and Spices. A
full size Washer/Dryer, and all linen and towels (both bathroom and
beach) are provided.
Cabin includes classic board games, poker chips and playing cards,
DVD player, video games, and Radio/CD player.

Sightseeing and Hiking in Glacier Park (30 min)
Near shopping in Big Fork, Whitefish, and Kalispell.

There is also a short 9 Hole course within 5 minutes of cabin,
perfect for families

Lake Blaine is excellent for fishing, swimming, and canoeing.
Vacation Rental Rates
Fall Season $1400./wk September 1st-September 30th
High Season $2150./wk June 15th-August 31st
Winter/Spring $1250./wk October 1st-June 15th
A $500 deposit is required as a reservation/security deposit. Summer
vacation rents are paid in two increments-90 days(1/2 the balance)
and 60 days (remaining balance) prior to your arrival.
Your reservation/security deposit will be returned minus Montana's
7% bed tax upon and cleaning fee of $150 dollars. Further reductions
to security deposit are assessed for any damages, missing property,
or excessive cleaning required, that occured during vacation stay.
Cancellations must be made prior to May 1, cancellation deposits
are returned minus $150. Cancellations after May 1st forfeit all
rent payments made unless vacation week is subsequently rented. All
care will be taken to do so. Pets allowed when approved prior to
your stay ($50 fee).
