living room. There is a pool table and large flat screen television to add to your entertainment
pleasure. The covered porch acts as an additional room to the house, where you can enjoy unobstructed
views of the Metedeconk River, sunsets, read, eat and relax. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which
have water views and outdoor decks. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer on the second floor.
Outside there is a heated pool with a hot tub and a large grill. You can also enjoy fishing and
crabbing off of the dock. This home is just like a resort.
