If you really enjoy outdoor living then you're gonna love this! This 
fabulous detached 1964 built (over 1900 sq.ft) family home benefits 
from being totally fully refurbished in 2005 and is now recently 
available to rent on a monthly or weekly basis. It sits on an end 
plot in 3/4 of an acre of land, of the well established community of 
Palm Aire Country Club, over looking the 2nd tee and the 11th Fairway 
of one of the most spectacular Championship Golf Courses.

Located within 15 minutes drive of the beautiful bleached white 
sands of the Gulf of Mexico and around 90 minutes away from Orlando, 
this modern and tastefully decorated home is what you need to help 
you relax and unwind. Fully furnished and equipped, this detached 
home has everything you've ever dreamed of to make your vacation 
truly one to remember and more!  

This air conditioned house benefits from two carpeted Master 
Bedrooms both with King Size beds. The main Master Bedroom over 
looks the swimming pool via French Doors and has a delightful fully 
tiled bathroom, with a Japanese 'Wet Room' with two shower heads, 
toilet and basin. The lanai can be accessed from this bathroom and 
the French doors. This room also has a walk in closet, ceiling fan, 
low level lighting, bedside tables, tall boy and dressing table. 

The second Master Bedroom also has a tiled bathroom with a shower 
over bath, sliding shower door, toilet and basin. It also has a walk 
in closet, a ceiling fan, low level lighting, bed side tables, tall 
boy and dressing table. It has beautiful patio door views of the 2nd 
Fairway, the golf course water feature and the fruit trees situated 
in the garden.

The guest bedroom is carpeted and has a Queen Sized bed. This can be 
changed to twin beds on request. Bed side table, low level and 
ceiling lighting, dressing table. It has a built in double sliding 
door closet and a separate smaller closet containing towels, beach 
towels and bed linen.

The Den/4th bedroom is carpeted and has a large Queen Sized 
comfortable sofa bed. This room is situated off the second Master 
Bedroom and when it is not being used as a bedroom, it can serve as 
a second living room as it is equipped with coffee table, reading 
books, 26" wall mounted flat screen Higher Definition (HD) Cable TV 
and internet access. On request, there is a child's cot/cribb that 
can be used or converted into a bed for a small child.      

The main bathroom, situated opposite the guest room, has access to 
the lanai and is also fully tiled with luxurious shower, large 
sliding shower doors, toilet and basin.

The living room has a stunning front bay window with views of the 
front garden. It also has French doors that open onto the lanai. 
This open plan room has comfortable floor tiles, with two couches, a 
six seater glass dining table, coffee table and a 30" flat screen HD 
Cable TV with DVD/CD player. It has a Breakfast Bar, with three 
stools that over look the Thomasville newly fitted and equipped 
kitchen. This has a large 4 ring electric cooker, large fridge 
freezer, microwave, dishwasher and 10 ft Corian Counter. Cutlery, 
glasses and plates for 8 settings together with pots, pans, toaster, 
coffee maker, juicer and kettle.  The kitchen also has a set of 
French doors that can be accessed from the lanai.

The lanai is equipped with patio furniture, a 6 seater glass dining 
table, 6 extremely comfortable sun loungers. The sun on the lanai can 
be enjoyed all day long and there is pool and deck lighting for 
evening use.

A 2006 new addition is the beautiful sun deck situated in the back 
yard. Access from the rear master bedroom patio doors or from the 
lanai.

A 2007 new addition are our outside cooking facilities, situated in 
the lanai. This is equipped with a gas grill, separate gas burner, 
sink, extractor fan, BBQ equipment and poolside plates and glasses.

The laundry facilities are situated in the double garage and they 
comprise of a sink, with running water, a top loading washing 
machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and 
another large fridge freezer for drinks.
 
In addition there is also another single garage that contains an 
electric golf cart, which can be used on request, together with two 
fishing rods. Remote garage opener. Alarm system within the house.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is a well equipped house and it is not 'totally emptied' each 
time it is cleaned. Therefore you will find it stocked with cleaning 
products, toilet tissue, dishwasher and laundry products and 
condiments.

The Palm Aire Golf Community lies very close to the I75 and is 
easily accessible. Sarasota is situated south of Tampa which is a 45 
minute drive, Sarasota Airport is a 10 minute drive and the beaches 
are 15 minutes away and include Lido Beach, Siesta Key, Long Boat 
Key and Anna Maria Island. Sarasota has many exciting restaurants, 
shops and a beautiful marina. Main Street and St Armands Circle must 
not be missed! It boasts of theatres, art shops and it's very own 
Ringling Art Museum. Myakka National Park with alligators, 
armadillos and birds is 25 miles away.

This is a well equipped house and it is not 'totally emptied' each 
time it is cleaned. Therefore you will find it stocked with cleaning 
products, toilet tissue, dishwasher and laundry products and 
condiments.

The following rates include pre and post cleaning and ALL utility costs and 
11% tourism tax (required by law).

Weekly 2008 Rates for 7 nights:

For JULY 2008 only - $1,000 / £500 for 4 or less people.

July 14th - Oct 31st:

$1,300 / £650 - There are discounts for 2 people, please inquire.

A 25% deposit is payable to secure a reservation.

Unlimited local calls but long distance calls will need a calling 
card.  

Unlimited access to the Internet via Wireless connection. 

$500.00 or £300 Refundable Security Deposit (if no damage is 
reported)

Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Sorry no smoking 
within the house.
