Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful and tastefully decorated two bedroom  
condominium is located in St. Augustine Beach on Anastasia  
island just minutes from historic downtown  
Saint Augustine. This unit has all the comforts of home  
including: washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with  
appliances, phone, 3 TVs with cable, DVD player and VCR.  This  
unit is on the ground floor across the boardwalk  from the beach. 
 
There are 2 swimming pools and one heated, and also that there are 5  
jaccuzzies, and 4 tennis courts and that the condo has 3 TVs with  
cable,  a VCR and DVD player.

Vacation Rental Amenities

You will have access to everything the  
resort has to offer including: 24 hour security guard, main  
Olympic size swimming pool with sun deck, vending machines,  
restrooms, and heated outdoor shower, a smaller heated  
swimming pool with sun deck and heated outdoor shower.  
There are four  tennis courts, a clubhouse, fishing ponds, and  
two private boardwalks to the beach.

Activities and Attractions

The fun just begins at the resort! There is plenty to do and see.  
The beach is great for swimming, sunning, building  
sandcastles, collecting sea shells, watching the picture perfect  
sunrises, or taking a romantic stroll. Nearby downtown  
St. Augustine features family attractions such as the Castillo De  
San Marcos (historic fort), Ripley’s Believe it of Not Museum,  
Potter’s Wax Museum, Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth,  
Lightner Museum, Ghost tours, Oldest School House, St.  
Augustine Light House Museum and tour. Marineland, Parks,  
San Sebastian Winery, and many others. Downtown St.  
Augustine is St. Georges Street which offers  
unique boutiques, tasty restaurants and lively pubs. In addition,  
the area offers a wide variety of golfing options. There are  
numerous affordable public courses, many miniature golf  
courses as well as World Golf Village which features two,  
championship, 18 hole courses. During the Christmas Season  
St. Augustine is a wonderful tourist destination and has been  
billed the city of 10,000 lights.
