Condo is located at Playa Los Muertos in the south area of town
known as "Zona Romantica", just across from the beachfront Tropicana
Hotel. Walk to everything. Unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths,fully
equipped kitchen/dining area and private patio w/lush vegetation.
Newly decorated. Cable TV/ wireless internet. CD/DVD player with movie selection.
Air conditioning in LR and both bedrooms.
There is no smoking allowed in the condo. Smokers may use the patio to smoke.

Boat, fishing, snorkeling tours available right from the pier 2
blocks away. Many beach activities including parasailing, banana boat
and Jet-Skis. Beach is lined with restaurants and bars offering day
and night service. Active nightlife and 5-star restaurants within
walking distance. Area is known as "Zona Romantica".
Car rental, grocery and liquor store, money exchange all within 1
block. Shuttle to canopy jungle tour within walking distance. Playa
Los Muertos is just across the street. This is the most popular beach
in the PV area. Swimming is safe by the pier and the beach is lined
with restauants and beach bars offering beach service. There is a
pool across the street at the Tropicana. For $14 you can use the pool all day. You get $14 worth of food and drinks included.
