living room/dining room overlooking the ocean.Heated pool, private
jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, gas grill,secured entrance and
elevator...all the amenities you need for the perfect vacation.Great
surfing, diving, swimming and just walking on the beach &
relaxing. The Cristal condo(built in 2000) is across the street from
Starbucks and very close to shopping for the ultimate in convenience.
The Dove,Texas Roadhouse, RJ Gators,Paneras Bread, and many other
restaurants within a mile or so.
Great area..you'll love it here.A condo like this should cost you at
least $6,000 a month($10,000 a month in Vero Beach 30 min. south)!!

Area is one of the nicest beach areas in Florida and one of the top
turtle nesting sites in the world. Lots to do here for adults and
children. If I was going to Florida to enjoy the beach & the theme
parks I'd stay here & drive to Orlando...much nicer without the
traffic & commotion of Orlando...also very close(12 miles) to Port
Canaveral where you can take 3-7 day cruise to the Bahamas &
Caribbean.
Master bedroom has a king bed...spare bedroom has 2 twins or can be
another king..3rd bedroom is an office that can have a queen bed if needed.

Great surfing, diving, swimming and just walking on the beach &
relaxing. Close to the Cape & Disney.

We were fortunate enough to have the pleasure of staying at this
location through the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Having
never before rented a place in this manner, I was happily surprised
with the location, owner¢s hospitality, cleanliness of the unit and
how well it was stocked-up with all the amenities you would ever
imagine. This condo is centrally located in the Satellite Beach,
Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic area with easy beach access and
a heated pool. Perfect for anyone with a "jones" for Starbucks too
since that sits right across the street. Views from the condo were
gorgeous. We could sit out on the balcony and daily watch the surfers
as well as spotting the occasional dolphin and whale too! Great view
of Cape Canaveral. Near Kennedy Space Center and the Orlando area for
site seeing. Would highly recommend this unit and owner. We hated to
leave and definitely plan to be back. The doggies even rated our stay
as four paws and a tail!
