Vacation Rental Rates

ALL taxes are included in rates.

MC, Visa, Amex, Discover, Cashiers or Bank Check, Western Union are 
forms of payment. 

Any Credit Card or Paypal Payments will incure a fee on the total 
amount charged. This will be deducted from security deposit. A copy 
of charges will be given to u with your security refund.

NOTE: Any Western Union or Moneygram Payment will incure additional 
fees which must be paid by tenant. This will be paid by tenant at 
time of payment or be deducted from Security Deposit.

The rates and policies are as follows: (All repeat tenants will 
receive a 5% discount on their next rental with us. Either at our 
South Beach Location or our Phoenix AZ location)

All deposits will be transferred to security deposits and will be 
refunded after we received the following items. 

 - Cable Bill from time of stay
 - Report from cleaners
 - Key is Returned

Please make a note of this

All rentals must be paid 3 weeks prior to move in date. A $150 non 
refundable cleaning fee will be added to all rentals. This is for 2 
cleanings. Before and after arrival. Once we receive this, you will 
then be mailed a rental agreement along with a copy of the key for 
your stay as well as any instructions.


Current Rental Rates: (All rates are subject to change at anytime)

Seasonal - Oct 01-May 31 $225 for any additional Nights) (Not 
including Events)

3 Night Block - $675 total. ($250 security deposit to hold)

1 Week Block (7 Nights) - $1500 ($500 security deposit to hold)

1 Monthly Block - $4500 ($1500 security deposit to hold)


Off Season - Jun 01-Sep 30 ($150 for any additional Nights) (Not 
including Events)

3 Night Block - $450 total. ($250 security deposit to hold)

1 Week Block (7 Nights) - $1000 ($500 security deposit to hold)

1 Monthly Block - $3200 ($1500 security deposit to hold) 


Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Please inquire about this if booking during a holiday or a special 
event time.

NOTE: All security deposits will be refunded after condo is vacant 
and has been inspected. This can take between 1 and 3 weeks. Please 
be aware of this.

CANCELLATION: If cancellation needs to be done, it must be done 
within 3 weeks of start of rental. You will receive a full refund of 
your deposit. If cancellation is done after this point then half of 
security will be refunded. If cancellation is done within the week 
of start of rental, deposit will be 100% forfeited.

POLICIES: Be very respectful of our property and we will be gladly 
willing to re-lease you again in the future.

There has to be no excessive parties or loud music being that there 
are other neighbors. If there are any issues in the condo,breakages, 
broken appliances, phones etc, please notify us asap and we will do 
our best to correspond the same, if not then the very next day.

MAID SERVICE: The cleaning fee pays for the condo to be cleaned 
before and after u arrive. If cleaning needs to be done during, 
please request it and an additional cleaning fee will be deducted 
from your security.
